The Pouliquen Group works with more than 500 artichoke producers who are members of Prince de Bretagne. They all give preference to highly resistant varieties that require little or no spraying. The artichoke is now one of the most widely grown vegetables in Brittany. In fact, local production represents 80% of artichoke production in France.
